Chaitanya and Akhil reduced my effort, says Nagarjuna

Nagarjuna, the name needs no introduction in Tollywood. He is the king of unique and different scripts. Manam, Soggade Chinni Nayana, Oopiri.. Every Nag's role has its own impact. His journey in the movies is a very interesting and different ride. He gave life to the Hathi Ram Baba role in his latest movie Om Namo Venkateshaya. On this note Nag shared some intresting things.

Om Namo Venkashaya is a devotional ride. I feel those movies should come once in a while. Only then the devotion and respect for those increases. After Annamayya I have changed so much. My language changed and the way I speak changed. My respect towards elders also changed. There are so many things the current youth can learn from Om Namo Venkateshaya. This is not an experimental film. Raghavendra Rao directed the film in a commercial way. I really believe that family audience will definitely like the film. So many people sold watching films. They only come to the theatres to watch unique movies. It's the same during Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu times too. People who are distant from movies came to watch the movie too. I really hope that the result repeats this time too.

He hasn't changed.

I thought a lot to do another Venkateswara movie after Annamayya. I thought no one can do better than Annamayya. I said the same with Raghavendra Rao. I told him that I have no objection to do the film as long as it doesn't ruin the flavor of Annamayya. So he wrote the script keeping Annamayya in mind. After reading the script I frankly thought that it would work. I have done so many movies with Raghavendra Rao. Ours is a 25 years journey. But he hasn't changed a bit. Some people change after some time. But he is not like that and his style has always been the same.

Now is a good time.

I don't care about images, number games at all. I have done 95 movies. It would be funny if I think about those still. I choose the scripts that I like. I really feel that now is the only good time to do new and different scripts. All my movies are not far from commercialism. Soggade Chinni Nayana is a different story. But it did well commercially too right? Oopiri got a sensational response. I myself get bored to do routine stories and evenen the audience will reject me.

Multistarrer is ok.. but..

I am always positive towards multistarrers. Only then new stories will come and market will open. I am ready to do a multistarrers with any star like Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh. But multistarrers will be good only if the two characters are strong enough. If one character is strong and other is weak audience I won't like it. It would be a waste if I do a multistarrer where my character is shown bad.

Marriage details..

Naga Chaitanya and Akhil's engagements are completed. So we have to start their marriages arrangements. I totally have them freedom to select their life partners. Only they know with whom they can spend their rest of their lives with. They know what they want.They completely reduced my effort to search girls for them. It's their choice when to get married too. Akhil said that he wants to get married in Europe. I accepted. It's Chaitanya's wish where to get married too. I am very happy with their careers too. Even the first movie was a flop Akhik's confidence hasn't downed. His passion and craze remained the same. His second movie will definetely be upto the mark. Chai is doing good movies too. Premam became a super hit. Saahasam Swasaga Saagipo is a good movie too, but the time it has released was not good.
